Hosting position
The CS Code application and primary database run on hardware controlled by Arctic Parade Ltd in the United Kingdom. No third-party cloud application host is currently used.
Current subprocessors
- Postmark — transactional email delivery, including invitations, account notices and billing alerts.
- Stripe — subscription billing, payment-method handling, invoices and the customer billing portal.
Other provider categories
- Enterprise identity provider — none currently enabled.
- Off-site encrypted backup provider — not yet selected or enabled.
- Error monitoring or product analytics — none currently enabled.
International transfers
Provider processing locations and transfer terms are reviewed before use. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, Arctic Parade Ltd uses an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguard.
Changes
Customers with a signed DPA will receive notice of a new subprocessor as set out in that DPA. This page is updated before a new provider begins processing production customer personal data.
