Permitted use
Use CS Code only for lawful business purposes and only with data, software and systems you are authorised to assess. Follow applicable export-control, sanctions, privacy and computer-misuse laws.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting unauthorised access, privilege escalation, tenant escape or disruption.
- Uploading malware, credentials, classified material, unlawful content or personal data not needed for the service.
- Evading rate limits, security controls, licensing, audit logging or usage restrictions.
- Security testing without prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.
- Using outputs to misrepresent a product’s security, certification or regulatory status.
- Sharing accounts or tokens outside the authorised organisation.
Enforcement
We may restrict or suspend activity reasonably believed to create a security, legal or operational risk. Where safe and lawful, we will notify the customer and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse to arran@cs-code.com. Do not include secrets or sensitive source material in an initial report.
